His swiftlet farm already 1 year old, have some bird flying in, got some dry shit on the floor but didn't stay in the farm. Headache !
What he doing within the year (all method is asked from friend, half-sifu, and sifu).
i) change the flying path, knock the wall here and there, after 1 month no bird stay.
ii) apply aroma from JB friends, like Aroma (with oil fish smell), also fault.
iii) add the banana until its change to black color, also cannot attract swiftlet, same bad result.
iv) ask at least 3 sifu to check, sifu say environment should be ok, never mind, just change my sound, change the entry hole color, and so on. Each sifu test 1 to 2 months, also no improvement.
last, one of the wood tukang ask him use his hand to brush the nesting plank, see got any fungus or not ? Aiya ! His hand got black dust ! then what he doing next step, ask the tukang change all the nest plank.

Some Opinion :
1) please don't install the nest plank immediately after the construction is done, must wait 2 to 3 week to let the cement dry, especialy who change the celing roof to concrete roof.
2) Order the nest plank carefully, because the factory didn't waiting the plank (enough) dry. They just sell to you immediately after they sawing. So, after you buy from the factory, please use your hand to verify that plank is enough dry or not. If not enough dry, please take time to exposure under the sun. You also can apply some aroma (you belive one) on the nest plank, it can increase your success percentage.
3) Check the plank carefully, don't install the plank with already have fungus. Please choose plank without any chemical apply. Can also have line. These may cause you need to pay more to the plank supplier.

最近才回复一个读者的邮件，告知我朋友的经验。
燕屋已经运作了一年，有鸟进出，地上有少许鸟粪，就是不住鸟。头痛之至！

一些提议：
1) 洋灰墙或地台在装修好之后，不要急着把板安装上去，至少等上几个星期，让洋灰够干才装。
2) 小心定购鸟板，因为板厂不会等到板够干之后才卖给你，他们大多数是锯成板之后马上就卖。
所以板买回来之后，最好用手去感觉是否够干，如不够，可放在太阳下晒干，同时可喷上你
信任的刺激素，可以提高成功的巴仙率。
3) 谨慎选择鸟板，不选已有霉菌的、没有化学成分的（防虫剂和油迹），如可选择有线的，
这样或许你需付出较高的价钱。
