燕屋设计的费用 Bird House Design Expenses

最近有意将股东其中一间双层店屋的楼上改成燕屋，问了本地养燕顾问，大约RM38K, 如多一层加多RM10K。

1）拆除原本的石棉天花板，改用石灰天花板。
2）前后墙壁用防火砖。
3）一顿中红燕板，1 x 6 寸大约有十多条线。（同时用来做45度角板）
4）喇叭大约70粒。（包括外声喇叭）
5）防盗系统（GSM功能要附加）
6）在内安装防盗门，外门保留原貌。
7）网路闭路电视（4个夜视镜头）
8）扬声器（3架）结合“无声”SMS通报系统。
9）燕声（内声、外声、集鸟声）
10）喷雾机两台
10）售后服务一年（顾问无法保证有几个窝）。



We intend to modify a double story shop to a bird house, the swiftlet consultant give the following item with amount RM38K for 2nd floor, additional RM10K for ground floor.

1）change original 2 x 4 celling to cement celling.
2）Front and Back using firewall brick。
3）1 ton melanti plank, 1 x 6" with more than 10 line. (also for 90 degree corner cover)
4）tweeter / speaker 70 pcs (include external speaker)
5）Alarm system (GSM is optional)
6）Install Anti-thiefe door inside, the outdoor remain the same.
7）CCTV with internet online viewing, come with 4 IR-camera.
8）AMP (3 pcs) plus "No Sound Signal" caller system with SMS function.
9）Swiftlet Sound (internal sound, external sound, pulling sound)
10）Humidifier x 2 pcs
10）1 year servicing (the BH Counsultant can not guarantee the number of bird nest)
