我们将楼梯顶上的工业瓦切开1个8'x6'的洞。

From Ground Floor 下底楼

We just use the entry of 2nd floor as a bird entry hole. We use brick to build a 4 feet high wall from the bottom.

我们直接用二楼的进口处当进鸟洞。只是从地上砌起砖块至四尺高。

The second part is cover the outside entry hole. (because I haven't take the photo yet)

Check BH at 9.00pm 检验燕屋

Today, I just want to know how many bird living in my BH actually.

So, I and my brother go there around 9pm, we go in slowly and silently, we use hand phone light to see the bird, some flying, some stay at the nest, we hear some knocking sound which may be made by the bird which hit the plank and partition.

There are around 70 birds at each floor (1st and 2nd), total around 150 something.

Note: These BH start to attract bird at 25th Feb, 2007, now already 1 year 4 months.

Is it a successful BH ??? emmmmmmm..... OK lah.... But, my JB friend said that his friend have 200 bird nest after 1 year. So.............. waiting loh......


今天，是为了要知道燕屋里头真正有几只燕子。
所以，我和弟弟在九点正的时候静悄悄的进入燕屋，我用手机的照明功能来当手电筒。
我们看到有些燕子在乱乱的飞，有些停留在燕窝上，我们听到一些燕子撞倒木板或墙壁的声音。
总结，今天所看到的燕子数目为，一楼和二楼大约70多只，共150只左右。

注：燕屋是在25/2/2007才开声，所以至今1年4个月。

是成功的燕屋吗？？？ 我觉得还可以。。。。 但是我新山的朋友说他1年就已经有200粒窝了，
现在唯有等待。。。等。。。。。。希望在多一个月后会有所增加。

Sign a contract with "Sifu"

Today, a "sifu" call me that, he approach me to sign a contract with him as following condition.

- He said, my BH just need a little renovation that can increase a few birds.
Eg. i) add more speaker inside the corner, ii) change a new sound which is better than now,
iii) move the partition and so on.

- Pay Monthly charges RM250 for him, then he will do everything for me.
Eg. i) check the equipment sequently, ii) do the security job (when alarm ringing),
iii) cleaning bird's shit, iv) adjust the equipment [like volume/humility] to make sure
the BH is in good conditions.

- Profit Margin is 90/10.

- If I sell the BH, he will get the following money.
Eg. my bird's house got 500 bird's nest, he have (500x10%) = 50 x RM1000 = RM50,o00


Now, I already have 50 bird's nest in 1 1/2 year, can I sign with him ????
